TourStow is a macOS application developed specifically for the live events and touring industry, allowing you to plan truck loads visually, accurately and efficiently.
Instead of creating complex CAD drawings, TourStow offers a straightforward approach: select equipment, position it inside the truck, arrange your load and export the finished loading plan as a PDF.

Features
Multiple loading layers
Organise your load across multiple loading layers, making it easier to visualise stacked flightcases and more complex truck loads.
Equipment library
Use an equipment library tailored to the live events industry, including flightcases, dollies, truss, rigging equipment, power distribution and more. Add your own equipment items and categories.
Easy to use
Position equipment using drag and drop, rotate or tip suitable flightcases and align objects accurately within the truck.
Reserve space
Not every department can provide exact space requirements at the start of load planning. TourStow lets you reserve areas inside the truck in advance – for example, for backline, catering or the estimated space requirements of other departments.
Reserved areas can be adjusted later once the actual equipment dimensions and quantities are known.
Non-stackable areas
Mark equipment that must not have additional items stacked on top. TourStow displays the corresponding restricted areas on the loading layers above.
Create loading plans
Create clear loading plans for individual trucks and loading layers, then export them as PDFs or print them for your crew.

About TourStow
Built from Real Touring Experience
TourStow is being developed from hands-on experience in the live events industry.
Anyone regularly involved in loading trucks for tours and productions knows the challenges: different flightcase sizes, multiple departments, limited space and the need to organise everything efficiently.
TourStow aims to make this planning process easier.
The focus is on a fast, practical workflow without the complexity of traditional CAD software.

The application is initially being tested by a small, selected group and continuously refined based on the feedback and experience gained.
